Shoulders and Arms tonight, followed by another Ab Ripper X session; awesome. I've never worked out my arms/shoulders in that capacity before, and I'm sure I'm gonna' feel it. I'm not going to say that this has been the easiest workout yet, because I honestly believe that Tony Horton will pop out from under my bed and make me do Seated Tricep Dips until I puke. In all honesty though, I think that by Day 3 we have all bought into the "Bring It" philosophy...that's definitely going to make it easier to meet each challenge head on and finish strong. The Ab Ripper still kicked my ass, but I've made significant progress in just the second installment.
With that being said, I'm afraid that tonights events will bring a whole new meaning to the phrase "sore as hell". I almost feel like a pansy for complaining about how wrecked I was today.
Tomorrow is Yoga X; should be a nice break. Brandi is NOT looking forward to it, and has advised me of the suckiness associated with "holding poses" (whatever that means).
Bertoglio out.

The great news about doing the Yoga is that it really stretches those muscles to help release all of the soreness and achiness. In a weird way it will be a releif to your body since recovery is important too. Brandi will love it (I hope) =)
