- P90X; Day 3, pre-workout -
Ok, so my intention was to originally post AFTER each workout but I gelt compelled to get on here this morning of Day 3 and try to convey just exactly how sore I am. I'm trying to remember if I have ever been this sore in my life, and so far P90X wins. I am sore in places that I didn't even know I could be sore and this doesn't exactly bode well for tonight's workout. Stay tuned...

you need to get some glutamine. it is a powder, and you can get it at GNC or something like that. you take 1 tsp twice a day, one of them being after your workout. i promise! it really makes you not as sore. you just stir the tasteless powder into a tiny tiny bit of water and let it dissolve, then drink it....
